Family-run hotel. The Aqua Park is great, and I'd like to thank the guard who watches over the entrances for his kindness. There are several pools, so there's plenty of choice for children and adults alike.
As far as the restaurant is concerned, the cuisine is varied and of a high quality, and the staff are attentive and at our service. Nevertheless, yesterday, the departure did not take place as planned. The receptionist was very unpleasant: refusal to complete an invoice for the names of the children, refusal to change their clothes and a 10€ deduction for not having returned a pool towel when she had told me no problem 2 minutes before. 10€ deduction is extremely expensive for a towel !!!!! I had not put it in my luggage, it had to be recovered by another customer at the edge of the pool by mistake. We are charged for the pool towels but no control for the bathroom towels ???!!!!
The person did not show any understanding and was particularly haughty by asking me if I wanted her to pay the deposit for me! This process is incoherent and a commercial gesture and a minimum of understanding for this second stay would have been appreciated. More Read less

Varied choice and access to different types of cuisine. I would emit a downside on the freshness of the desserts based on cream ... the whipped cream was not for example ever fresh. We are happy that the hotel is located at 10mn by car from the city center, it allowed us to find the peace and to spend a very beautiful stay with in particular a beautiful exit in buggy in the desert.

A few points to consider before leaving: the internet network is rather unpredictable, depending on the number of users, the dishes and glasses of the restaurant are made of resin (to avoid breakage...).
If you want to discover Marrakech (10 minutes away by free shuttle) with the comfort of a 5 star club, then go for it!
